About the Recipe

Lavender sage tea is a delightful herbal infusion known for its calming and aromatic properties. Combining the floral notes of lavender with the earthy, slightly peppery taste of sage, this tea offers a unique and soothing experience. Often enjoyed for its potential benefits in reducing stress and promoting relaxation, lavender sage tea is a perfect choice for winding down after a long day.

Ingredients

  • 20 oz H20 at 212 degrees

  • 10 fresh or dried sage leaves

Preparation

Steep covered for 20-30 minutes then remove the lavender and sage. It is ready to drink at this point, but I chill it overnight to intensify the flavor. Do try to make the with fresh lavender and sage at least once. You'll be amazed by the flavors that come through.
